Lego Company Looks To Change from ABS Plastic to New Bio-Plastic PLA

The Lego Company is investigating a major change from ABS plastic material to Bio-Plastic. The children’s building blocks have been produced from ABS since the 1960’s. The difficult hunt for a renewable replacement with proper performance is underway.
